2.4 Facial Image Data (Photos)

Our app allows users to upload facial photos in order to generate AI-powered hairstyle and hair color previews.

• The uploaded photos are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage to support features such as previewing results, saving transformations, and viewing history.
• We do not use facial recognition or biometric analysis. No facial features are used for identification, profiling, or tracking.
• All facial photos are only accessible to the user who uploaded them and are secured using Firebase Authentication and storage rules.
• Photos are retained for up to 1 year to allow users to view, manage, and re-download their hairstyle transformations. After 1 year, all photo data is automatically deleted.
• Users can also manually delete their images from within the app at any time.
• Facial images are never shared with third parties under any circumstances.

All photo data is processed securely and exclusively for the purpose of generating hairstyle try-ons. We never use uploaded images for advertising, external training, or any purpose beyond app functionality.
